Delynn Copley
As president of The Copley Group, Delynn is a
sought-after facilitator and executive coach with more
than twenty years' experience in the field of adult
learning.  She built and led a $15 million publishing
division at CareerTrack, one of North America's
largest training companies, where she later served as
Curriculum Director, supervising 100 trainers
presenting 6,000 seminars annually.  She is a
published author and has collaborated on several
published works by other authors.
Today, Delynn works with executives from Young Presidents Organization (YPO)
Forums, government agencies, large and small companies, and is a faculty
member for the acclaimed YPO Members In Transition Seminar.  She also coaches
couples, individuals, and small groups from around the U.S. to achieve greater
fulfillment and satisfaction in their lives.

With a degree in Marketing and International Business from The University of
Colorado Business School in Boulder, Delynn has served on numerous non-profit
boards.  She has been married since 1987 and is mother to two young-adult
children.

Kaley Warner Klemp
Kaley Warner Klemp has been guiding individuals,
couples, and small groups to heightened awareness
since 1999.  She has prepared and delivered numerous
workshops and coaching sessions on communication
and conflict resolution, and has guided individuals and
small groups (YPO Forums) throughout the world to
improved performance and increased fulfillment.  
Previously, Kaley worked as a management consultant
at Deloitte, providing strategic and operational
advisory services to domestic and international clients.
In addition to her work with YPO members in chapter and Forum settings, Kaley
works with executive teams to foster a common vision, address issues, and creat
synergistic working environments.  She is expert at helping organizations thrive
through programs designed to accelerate and sustain authenticity, and with career
development programs to maximize the contributions of their employees.

For individuals and couples interested in personal growth, Kaley facilitates
awareness-building retreats, in which she guides them to exercise conscious
choise, build new patterns, and deepen mutual understanding.

Kaley earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Masters in
Sociology, focusing on Organizational Behavior, from Stanford University.  She
currently lives in California with her husband.

David Lesser is coach and confidant to senior executives in a
variety of fields and is an active player on the board of
directors of major growing businesses and non-profit
institutions. He has an MBA from London Business School.  
Formerly CEO of a $100 million London-based real estate
and construction group and executive director of a $40
million worldwide non-profit operation, he combines a strong
